Matrix-scored sequence dot-matrix plotter (Rust port of Dotter)
dottir is a modern Rust reimplementation of Dotter (Sonnhammer & Durbin 1995): a sliding-window, score-matrix sequence dot-matrix plotter with an interactive greyramp GUI and a headless batch CLI. Two binaries are installed:
Faithful to the original algorithms (Karlin/Altschul window sizing, anti-diagonal suppression, ping-pong sum recurrence) with cross-platform builds and modern dependency management.
