ChIP-Seq multi-read allocation using Expectation-Maximization
CSEM (Chung et al. 2011) uses an expectation-maximization algorithm to probabilistically reassign multi-mapping reads across the genome, producing a BAM in which multi-reads are allocated proportionally to local enrichment.
