A ultra-fast FASTQ preprocessor with full features (QC/adapters/trimming/filtering/splitting...) forked from https://github.com/OpenGene/fastp/ which is available at https://anaconda.org/bioconda/fastp. This fork allows for unlimited trimming from the head and tail.
