Due to license restrictions, this recipe cannot distribute tmhmm directly. Please download tmhmm-2.0c.Linux.tar.gz from: https://services.healthtech.dtu.dk/services/TMHMM-2.0/9-Downloads.php#
and run the following command to complete the installation:
$ tmhmm2-register tmhmm-2.0c.Linux.tar.gz
This will copy tmhmm into your conda environment.
