Arboviromics (formerly βHΞDI) is a computational tool for identifying Arboviruses—Dengue (DENV), Chikungunya (CHIK), and Zika (ZIKA)—in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, especially from wastewater samples. It uses unique genomic fragments called “sankets” as biomarkers to detect and quantify viral presence accurately in complex metagenomic datasets.
