Google's gsutil command can only be installed to a Python 2 environment. This conda package makes gsutil available to Python 3 users. It will create a NEW Python 2 environment (if it doesn't exist already), install gsutil into it, and then add that environment's bin directory to the current PATH, AFTER the current environment's own bin directory. This is all achieved through some post-link.sh and activate.d hackery.
