Taxonomy-guided Identification of Biosynthetic Gene Clusters
TaxiBGC (Taxonomy-guided Identification of Biosynthetic Gene Clusters) is a computational pipeline for predicting experimentally characterized Biosynthetic Gene Clusters (BGCs) and their known secondary metabolites (SMs) (also called natural products) from shotgun metagenomic sequencing data.
