This is a conda package for RepeatMasker 4.1.6 configured with the ROOT PARTITION of Dfam 3.8. Please refer to official documentation to check if you need to configure RepeatMasker with other partitions of Dfam 3.8, which can be added to the famdb directory within the conda package installation for a given environment.
