This is a package of OpenCV that should be identical to the standard conda package, but without the Python wrappers.

We need this to build IMP for Python 3, since IMP requires the OpenCV C++ libraries. Since the standard OpenCV package includes Python and OpenCV doesn't yet support Python 3, the standard OpenCV package isn't available for Python 3 and thus we can't build IMP for Python 3 either.
