Description

PyPath provides a complete Python implementation of the Ecopath with Ecosim (EwE) framework for aquatic food web modeling, with Ecosim engine matching the Rpath C++ reference. Includes Ecospace spatial modeling, Individual-Based Models, automatic crash diagnostics, EMODnet data integration, and native EwE 6.6+ database import/export (.eweaccdb and .ewecsv.zip).
