Description
Illumina GSA Genotyping Pipeline
This application provides a user-friendly interface for running the Illumina GSA pipeline. Steps to use:
Upload your input files (IDATs, BPM, CSV, EGT) in the sidebar.
Select the reference genome build (hg19 or hg38).
Click Run Pipeline to process your data.
Monitor logs below in real-time and download the results when complete.
