This package bundles statically linked UCSC utilities including bedToBigBed, faToTwoBit, and other tools that are licensed for unrestricted redistribution for academic and personal use. The blat and liftOver binaries are included under UCSC's license, which permits non-commercial use only. Commercial users must obtain separate licenses for BLAT and LiftOver from UCSC/Kent Informatics.
