MUQ is a c++ library with python wrapper that contains tools for constructing models involving a mix of statistical and physical components. It also contains a suite of uncertainty quantification tools including MCMC, polynomial chaos, Gaussian processes, Karhunen Loeve expansions, and transport maps.
