libccd implements variation on Gilbert–Johnson–Keerthi algorithm plus Expand Polytope Algorithm (EPA) and also implements algorithm Minkowski Portal Refinement (MPR, a.k.a. XenoCollide) as described in Game Programming Gems 7.
