Description

Pneumo-Typer is a stand-alone perl application, which requires blat, prodigal, NCBI BLAST+, and several perl Modules (GD, GD::SVG, Net::OAuth, JSON, LWP::UserAgent, HTTP::Request::Common, Data::Random, Config::Tiny) to be installed before use.
