Introduction

Biobb_pmx is the Biobb module collection to perform PMX (http://pmx.mpibpc.mpg.de) executions. Biobb (BioExcel building blocks) packages are Python building blocks that create new layer of compatibility and interoperability over popular bioinformatics tools.
