VecFlow Python bindings (label-aware ANN search on GPU)
Python bindings for VecFlow's filtered ANN search. Uses pybind11 to expose cuvs::neighbors::vecflow::{build,search} plus a ground-truth helper. Depends on libcuvs-vecflow for the underlying CUDA library.
