Description
cudasirecon 1.3.0 reconstructs 3-beam structured-illumination microscopy data on the GPU. This build reads/writes DeltaVision (.dv/.mrc) and TIFF natively via the self-contained src/dvfile.h -- the proprietary IVE/Priism dependency has been removed, so MRC support no longer requires a non-redistributable library.
