The CUDA Binary Linker supports linking cubins and fatbins in support of providing Minor Version Compatiblity for applications that compile PTX and need to link the compilation results. It can also patch Numba to use the included wrapper so that Numba can support Minor Version Compatibility (with the exception of linking archives, and therefore Cooperative Groups).
