A placeholder package for Phobius v1

Due to license restrictions, this recipe cannot distribute phobius directly. Please download phobius101_linux.tar.gz from: http://software.sbc.su.se/cgi-bin/request.cgi?project=phobius

and run the following command to complete the installation:

$ phobius-register phobius101_linux.tar.gz

This will copy phobius into your conda environment.
