STIR is Open Source software for use in tomographic imaging. Its aim is to provide a Multi-Platform Object-Oriented framework for all data manipulations in tomographic imaging. This package contains all STIR utilities and Python support. It is built with ITK on all platforms and (where supported) ROOT on Linux and OSX.
