r-mlr3viz public Provides visualizations for 'mlr3' objects such as tasks, predictions, resample results or benchmark results via the autoplot() generic of 'ggplot2'. The returned 'ggplot' objects are intended to provide sensible defaults, yet can easily be customized to create camera-ready figures. Visualizations include barplots, boxplots, histograms, ROC curves, and Precision-Recall curves. 2021-01-27
r-mlr3misc public Frequently used helper functions and assertions used in 'mlr3' and its companion packages. Comes with helper functions for functional programming, for printing, to work with 'data.table', as well as some generally useful 'R6' classes. This package also supersedes the package 'BBmisc'. 2021-01-27

r-mlr3data public A small collection of interesting and educational machine learning data sets which are used as examples in the 'mlr3' book (<>), the use case gallery (<>), or in other examples. All data sets are properly preprocessed and ready to be analyzed by most machine learning algorithms. Data sets are automatically added to the dictionary of tasks if 'mlr3' is loaded. 2021-01-27
r-epi public Functions for demographic and epidemiological analysis in the Lexis diagram, i.e. register and cohort follow-up data, in particular representation, manipulation and simulation of multistate data - the Lexis suite of functions, which includes interfaces to 'mstate', 'etm' and 'cmprsk' packages. Also contains functions for Age-Period-Cohort and Lee-Carter modeling and a function for interval censored data and some useful functions for tabulation and plotting, as well as a number of epidemiological data sets. 2021-01-27
r-reprex public Convenience wrapper that uses the 'rmarkdown' package to render small snippets of code to target formats that include both code and output. The goal is to encourage the sharing of small, reproducible, and runnable examples on code-oriented websites, such as <> and <>, or in email. The user's clipboard is the default source of input code and the default target for rendered output. 'reprex' also extracts clean, runnable R code from various common formats, such as copy/paste from an R session. 2021-01-27

r-mice public Multiple imputation using Fully Conditional Specification (FCS) implemented by the MICE algorithm as described in Van Buuren and Groothuis-Oudshoorn (2011) <doi:10.18637/jss.v045.i03>. Each variable has its own imputation model. Built-in imputation models are provided for continuous data (predictive mean matching, normal), binary data (logistic regression), unordered categorical data (polytomous logistic regression) and ordered categorical data (proportional odds). MICE can also impute continuous two-level data (normal model, pan, second-level variables). Passive imputation can be used to maintain consistency between variables. Various diagnostic plots are available to inspect the quality of the imputations. 2021-01-27
