Description

Community-maintained fork of AstraZeneca-NGS/VarDictJava (upstream's final, unmaintained 1.8.3). Release 1.8.4 reduces peak memory (G1GC + string-dedup JVM defaults, opt-in --chunk region splitting) while keeping variant output byte-identical to 1.8.3.
