Recore searches every empty cell of a pangenome presence/absence matrix in the genome assemblies with minimap2, puts back the genes that are really there and keeps the evidence for each one. It reads the output of Panaroo, Roary, PPanGGOLiN, PanTA and PIRATE, and writes a corrected matrix, a matrix with an evidence state in every cell, one row of evidence per decision, and a self-contained HTML report.
