Description
EcoliTyper is a comprehensive bioinformatics pipeline for complete Escherichia coli genomic characterization. It integrates multiple typing schemes including MLST, serotyping (O and H antigens), CH typing (FumC and FimH), ezClermont phylogrouping, antibiotic resistance gene detection (AMRfinderPlus), and virulence/plasmid screening (ABRicate).
