GToTree: a user-friendly workflow for phylogenomics
GToTree is a user-friendly workflow for phylogenomics intended to give more researchers the capability to create phylogenomic trees. Installation should be performed as:
conda create -n gtotree -c astrobiomike -c conda-forge -c bioconda gtotree
